2/20: There will be two LJ, HJ and PV pits at the State  Meet at CMU. These events will start at 4:00 pm. Girls will throw the shot put first @ 4:00 pm. Doors open at 2:30 pm.(no earlier)

2/19: There is 3200 meter run this Saturday at GVSU.

2/19: Doors will open at 2:30pm on Feb. 29th at CMU for the State Meet. No one will be allowed in any earlier.

2/11: Events are posted for the EMU meet on 2/22. Check the Venue Information page.

1/21: Attention Vendors. Anyone interested in displaying their wares at Uof M on Feb. 13&14, contact Coach Mick @ 734 649-2091

1/16: Directions to all venues are available here.

12/22: There will be an "open" 1600 for post high school athletes(19 YEARS AND OLDER) at the 
U of M meets on Jan 16,17 and Feb 13,14

-Thanks to the Shumake Foundation and CMU, athletes will not have to pay at the door of the State Meet this year.
